Community Centre - Facilities
The Facilities at the Community Centre are under the control and care of the volunteers at the Lions Club in Claremont. Call for rental information: 905 649-6021
Gym
As you enter the building, the gym is located to the left.
The Gym is available for rental.
It has an elevated stage, with storage underneath.
There are stackable plastic chairs and both round and rectangular tables.
As well, there is a full kitchen available for an additional fee.
There is also a volleyball net and posts.
Meeting Room
The meeting room is located straight ahead as you come in the door.
It is also available for rental.
It can accommodate 70 people in chairs or 60 people using tables and chairs.
Golden Age Room
Find it right beside the library. This room is used by the Golden Age Club.
It is not available for rental.
Fire Station
The rest of the Claremont Community Centre facility is used by the fire department.
Skating Rink
It appears the ice has melted, but that's good news for those who use the baseball diamond!

Tennis Courts

The tennis courts in the community centre park are available by paying a $10.00 membership fee and picking up the key.
There is no play schedule so standard tennis etiquette of 30 minutes of play (when people are waiting) is in effect.
